Return & Refund Policy

At MODEN LX, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that every shopping experience with us is exceptional. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand when and how refunds or replacements apply.

We handle all claims fairly and transparently.


1. Order Issues – Our Responsibility

We will resend your order or issue a full refund (including shipping fees) if any of the following situations occur:

  1. Parcel Lost:
    If your parcel shows no tracking updates for more than 30 days, it is considered lost and will be fully refunded or resent.
  2. Delayed Shipment:
    If we fail to ship your order within 7 working days after payment, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment.
  3. Damaged Product on Arrival:
    If your order arrives broken or damaged, please provide photo or video proof.     
    Note: For fragile items, if you declined protective packaging, we cannot take responsibility for breakage.
  4. Product Not Functional on Arrival:
    If the product cannot be used upon arrival and it was purchased through our Quality Check (QC) service, we will reissue or refund it.

2. Order Issues – Not Our Responsibility

We cannot offer free re-shipments or refunds in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Address:
    The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect, resulting in a failed delivery.
  2. Customs, VAT, or Import Duties:
    Any additional taxes or import fees charged by local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.
  3. Uncollected Parcels:
    If no one collects the parcel and it is returned to us, we cannot offer a free resend or refund.
  4. Late Notification:
    Claims reported more than 3 months after shipping will not be accepted, as postal tracking data expires after that period.
  5. Marked as Delivered:
    If tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered”, but the buyer claims non-receipt, we cannot issue a refund.
  6. Change of Mind:
    Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if the customer simply dislikes the style, color, or design after receiving the product.

If you still wish to reorder a product under any of the above circumstances, the shipping and product cost will be borne by the customer.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your situation meets the above conditions, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
